HOUSE RULES No Pets: For the health and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund, and additional cleaning fees will be applied. Must be 25 years old to book. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, please know that we have two external security cameras that record audio and video located on the property. Camera 1 is located to the side of the front door. Camera 2 is located above the back sliding door, connected to the living area. The back camera does not pick up the hot tub.
